She was super friendly and patient, taking the time to walk us through everything and offering great tips along the way. Thanks to her suggestions, we ended up buying a gorgeous set of Celadon sofas. Her fantastic customer service which is stress free made the whole experience so much better !

My first point of contact was with Zana, the sales associate, who responded to my queries in a very professional and amicable manner. Her clear explanations and approachable attitude gave us confidence right from the start.

Encouraged by this first experience, my wife and I decided to visit Cellini’s showroom in Bangsar to view the set we had seen online. The in-person experience further reinforced our decision, as the furniture looked even more impressive up close. After careful consideration, we were convinced that this was the right choice for our home, and we finally decided to purchase the set.
