Job Responsibilities

  • Plan and monitor the sales to ensure the monthly/ yearly sales target given is achieved for each showroom.
  • Ensure daily operations, updates and maintenance of the showrooms are carried out according to the standards set.
  • Conduct market studies, analyse and propose strategies to increase customer base and the showroom’s performance.
  • Conduct meeting with all team members and prepare weekly/monthly sales analysis report, forecast and action plans.
  • Ensure all marketing campaigns and activities information are communicated effectively to all team members and executed successfully. 
  • Ensure customers are served according to the standards set and attend to complaints in a courteous manner. 
  • Plan and staffing, closely monitor the progress of every sales personnel in achieving their targets, identify skill gaps and coach them accordingly. 
  • Guidance to the staff for improve their competencies, constantly motivate and enhance the bonding within the team by creating a positive working environment.
  • Handle staff attendance and disciplinary matters.

Job Requirements

  • Applicant must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent. 
  • Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
  • At least 3 years of managerial working experience especially in Retail environment.
  • Full-Time position(s) available. 
  • Retail working hours.
  • A strong determination and result oriented sound management and leadership skills in managing and motivating personnel in a team environment.
  • Good negotiation, communication and relationship building skills.
  • Strong in problem solving and resourceful in handling difficult situations.
